I have been very bold, I must admit, have not written in a while and I see it has affected my readers. Just to say it has been a very hectic year full of ups and downs, surprises and not surprising events.
Also with all the talk of doom and gloom regarding to property I had to step back, turn off tv3 news, stop reading the Indo and basically turn into a hermet for a while. But then, you know what happened?? Santa left me a bag of coal (not due to boldness) but due to recession!! And that changed my perspective. In these times we have to strive even harder, work more hours and keep a positive outlook to life so here I am again telling all of you it will be ok and the best part of all is not trying to sound commercial in any way, but you can definitively pick up more bargains than ever, specially in the already cheap but beautiful Dominican Republic and not only that, now you can bargain and haggle with me over prices, as with all other sales agents.
So what I am trying to say is Happy 2009 everybody and I look forward to “haggling” over property in the future.
