First of all I would like to apologise for not writing in so long, but it has been a very busy season for Egan Properties and I have literally not stopped for 2 seconds to catch my breath.
Just a quick note to say that today I will be teaching a seminar in my old College UNIBE about Real Estate Tourism which I am excited about.
Went to Miami for a couple of days and it is truly a spectacular city, anything and everything your heart may desire you will find it here! and the exchange rates Euro to US has never been this strong, so to those lucky enough to be earning in the almighty EURO, now its the time to really pick up great bargains in the DR.
I am in the city at present and it has never ever been this hot! lovely weather but sometimes when you are in the city and not sipping pina coladas by the pool or beach it can really get to you.
