If you have not heard of who we are let me give you a quick summary of what we do and how we came about. Two years ago, working side by side with different property agents in Ireland and noticing how everyone in the world was investing in Overseas Properties, I noticed that Europe and yes, US clients were investing in my native Country the Dominican Republic, but most investors, rightly so, found it very difficult to understand how Real Estate works in the DR.
Obviously, coming from a different country, you would perform DD to the best of your knowledge, but more often you find dealing with brokers time consuming and debilitating, specially when everybody tells you exactly what you want to hear, you as an investor think however, that you are a big boy and can assess the positive and the negative!!
This is how Egan Overseas Properties came about, I decided to open a no nonsense Brokerage Firm which not only will tell you the positive with hard facts but also the risks envolved in your particular investment. We have found that by being honest, and not pushing a client into buying something that does not suit their particular requirements we build long lasting business relationships with our clients.
Now we are based in Ireland and Santo Domingo in just 2 short years, tomorrow, next year, who knows we will probably be in the US and Canada because a sale is not a good sale if you can’t follow through, therefore here we are at your service to advise and hopefully guide you to a sound and fruitfull investment in my country the Dominican Republic.
